Chalet Coruja Listrada - Ninho das aves

Wooden chalet, with a large glass window, which provides an incredible view of nature. According to a beautiful vision, surrounded by a lot of green and we are two birds. We are located in a very quiet residential area. We think of the smallest details so that your stay is the best possible. As a courtesy we leave coffee with simple manhã inside our own chalet.

You will spend incredible moments in our chalets.
• We work with self check-in and check-out;
•There is no reception on the property. For clarifications and requests, we will be available to help you by phone;
•Because we do not have room service, we will be available for replacements and requests only from 9 am to 6 pm. We ask that you check within this time if anything is needed;
• We are a private property that houses chalets. São eles: Coruja Listrada, Chalé dos Tucanos, Chalé dos Pássaros and Chalé Beija-Flor;
• The coffee manhã even in the reservation is simple and is left inside the chalet itself before check-in. The items available are: Bread, butter, geléia, bolacha, fruit, yogurt, granola, coffee, chá, leite em pó, chocolate, box of sugar and water. If any items need to be replaced, please let us know. Avoid or waste!
• A minicozinha inside the chalet possui: Frigobar, coffee maker, electric chaleira, sanduicheira and microwave. Attention: There is no fire!
• We offer bedding and bathrobes, blankets and travesseiros. So if you're allergic and feel more comfortable, feel free to track your own;
• We provide some hygiene items: toilet paper, soap and shampoo/conditioner;

Our chalet has 28m² divided into two floors.

Upper floor: mezzanine with a double mattress.
There is a small staircase to access the upper floor.


Lower floor: living room with double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen with large window overlooking nature.

The TV has satellite channels.
The mini kitchen is equipped with a minibar, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and sandwich maker.
Attention: There is no stove.
We have an electric shower and electric heating on the taps.

The guest has access to the entire property. There are common areas between the chalets: closet, garden, barbecue, park and parking. The barbecue can be used, but it is necessary to notify in advance so that we can leave everything ready for you to enjoy incredible moments. Contact us to check the fee amount.

We leave the guest completely at ease during the days he spends with us.
As we do not have room service, we will only be available for replacements and requests from 9 am to 6 pm.

We are located in a very quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by nature. If you are looking to spend a few days surrounded by greenery, with the sound of birds and peace of mind, this is the exact place!

Car is the best option to come to Campos do Jordão, as the sights are well spread out. The ones closest to us are: the Governor's Palace, Felícia Leirner Museum, Cláudio Santoro Auditorium, Pico do Imbiri, Woodcut House and Gruta dos Crioulos. We are 7.5 km from the tourist center of Capivari.
